DOREEN (PENNY) HOWELL (nee DUNSTAN) Born March 9, 1920. Died April 1, 2006. Predeceased by her beloved husband Clem. Penny lived with their daughter Joyce who was born in Port Dover, ON, during the war years. After the war they came back to Winnipeg until they moved to California, USA, in 1956. There will be a reception at Joyce's home in California on Wednesday, April 5, to celebrate Penny's life. She is survived by daughter Joyce; two grandchildren, Laurie and Greg; three great- grandchildren; and one sister Ivy in B.C. Cremation has already taken place. Interment will take place in Winnipeg in the near future.
